It was a strange and off-putting experience. The one on one interview consisted of a man staring me straight in the eyes while he asked behavioral interviewing questions and furiously typed on a laptop. The questions were typical but his interviewing style was strange and made me uncomfortable, considering how much intense eye contact was made. I think he was purposefully trying to throw me off my game by acting strange, so be prepared for a challenge.
