It was an overall a positive experience. A recruiter hand-read my resume and contacted me after 3 days of application. She was very kind and helpful. The manager who conducted my phone and skype round was well-versed with his field and was not at all intimidating like traditional interviewers. Very positive vibes from both the recruiter and the manager. Unfortunately, I was lacking in some technical skills but will definitely apply once again after gaining some experience.
