First round interview with the HR representative - it was awkward, presumptive and in no way presenting the agency as an attractive place to work. I was quite shocked at the assumptions made regarding my ability to lead a team and adapt my skillsets to a new environment. No offer made of course since the chemistry was so poor - but none would have been accepted in any case.
