The interview process was pretty good. They don't make you do Leetcode or anything. Instead, you sit down and have a conversation with two of the company's developers and they ask you some questions about how you would build a product / feature / service.

The questions revolved around how you'd build a web form for a particular product and how you'd handle form data, the way you'd structure your POST requests, etc.
