I recently went through an interview process with this company, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of dreadful. From the moment I started the process, I was met with an uncomfortable atmosphere and a lack of professionalism. Firstly, they asked for my personal documents right off the bat, which immediately set off warning bells. It's concerning when a company demands sensitive information before establishing any sense of trust or even explaining the reason behind such a request. Moreover, during the interview, I was subjected to a grilling session about every detail of my work history. While discussing my CV is a standard practice, the manner in which it was done here felt invasive and unnecessary. I was made to recount the reasons for leaving each company I had worked at, which left me feeling scrutinized and uncomfortable. The lack of friendliness from the interviewers was palpable. They failed to provide any insight into the company's culture, benefits, salary range, or growth opportunities. It felt as if they were merely checking off boxes without considering the importance of making candidates feel informed and valued. What was perhaps most distressing was the complete disregard for my comfort and well-being. The interview process should be a two-way evaluation, where both parties assess each other's fit. Instead, I left the experience feeling violated and disheartened. I hope this review serves as a caution to other job seekers. A respectful and professional interview experience is a basic expectation, and sadly, this company fell far short of meeting it. I would strongly advise anyone considering applying here to think twice and prioritize their own comfort and respect in the job search process.
