She then put me forward and sent me cognitive test & personality test which I spent time to practise on (not doing these every day). 3. 30min interview with the hiring manager 4. I was then given a task (presentation to prepare for) front of the hiring manager and his peer. I was given 15min time slot for the presentation. 5. Peer interview with the team members to evaluate whether I would be the right fit for the team 6.
