Colloquio
- Initial interview where they are checking if the candidate is suitable for the company.
- If the initial interview is passed, the candidate gets a coding homework. Then the key interview follows.
- The key interview is about cultural fit and then discussing the coding homework. There is also a live coding during the interview.

Are you familiar with pair programming and what do you think about it?
First interview was with HR with general questions regarding several topics e.g daytoday business.
Second interview containing technical topics, they asked questions regarding oop principles, design patterns and basic software development questions.
I got a call one day. From the start it sounded normal, but never heard from them again after. Just a denial letter to my email after I followed up with them.
