Professional and cordial, the interview consisted of an initial phone interview with a recruiter, resume screening, an interview with the hiring manager, COO and CEO, with some less formal conversations with other staff to allow us all to assess fit. Overall a good experience, with it being evident that the LeapYear staff had taken the time to read my resume and clearly making an effort to bring out the best of me in the interview. Getting an offer has no doubt biased my thinking, but having gone through other interviews in the recent past my read on cultural fit and company 'vibe' was lightyears ahead of other tech companies I'd met.
