Two phone calls and then an in person interview. Very straight forward process. Introduction of the company and what they did and then they dive into your experience. No trick questions or gimmicks.

Mostly about process and technology. They wanted to understand how one follows process and what type of technologies you are familiar with.
Spanish is a must, you will be helping C Level execs write english letters in the future. They do not reveal the amount of work to be performed. To save a couple of bucks on your salary they will hire you with no previous experience banking on you learning the material with no guidance.
