Colloquio in sede dopo allineamento interessi candidato con HR on-line. Mezz'ora di colloquio con due responsabili del reparto Engineering. Qualche domanda tecnica su progettazione e conoscitiva su volontà del candidato.

At first the process was slow, but then it went quickly towards the end. Because it was summer, many people were traveling which made scheduling difficult. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. Being proactive and showing genuine interest (including research) in the company were both helpful.

I was emailed directly by the engineering director instead of the human resources department. Went in for a 1 to1 interview and had a tour, but didn't fill out any applications. Seemed very professional at first, but I waited a month to find out that the position has already been filled. An email or a phone call would have been nice.
