It is face to face interview with Finance director. It tooks almost one hour to assess me. No HR round. straight way selection by Finance director. HR was involved in bringing the person and explaining the Company

Interview was Professionally managed, questions were asked were Good, there was focus on achievements, and some practical questions were asked, questions on relevant experience were also asked . it was a bit long process, and took some time for interviews . but overall process was ok
