Got a phone call from a recruiter around 6/15, briefly talked about this job and my background. Several days later, set up a Team interview with hiring manager, which is 2nd round. During 2nd interview, got a little deeper than 1st. 3nd online interview with hiring team (3 members) was set up after 1 week. I got an offer after 2 weeks. This job was contract-to-hire, I don't like it and let them change it to direct hire. So the whole process took almost one month.

DON'T TRUST THEM before spending you money, time and energy for them thinks twice or may be thrice or more than that..

It has been a pathetic and frustrating experience for me.Before the start of Interview processes HR asked me about my expected salary I clearly told them my expectation,they agreed(I have email prove).They took my Telephonic round,I cleared it.They called me to their location Pune, 1500 km away from here, I agreed and took a flight.In Face to Face technical round I cleared it(confirm by HR) but in HR round the Head HR came and in discussion he told me "our company norm don't allow me give you that salary"
