Ca commence alors par une presentation general du candidat puis sur le parcours professionnel ainsi de la connaissance des logiciels requis par le candidat ce dernier alors doit etre capable de démonter sa motivation pour integrer l'equipes afin de leurs apporter une valeur ajoutée au sein du groupe dans lequel il va travailler surtout il doit etre capable de bien argumenter

They actually not work much there, and since I was looking for something more interesting, it was obvious I could not fit in a lazy group. It s difficult to get promoted , you can talk with people there being in the same position for many years. The same was told to me... Don't expect cross training , don't expect promotion etc. Just a good salary for pretending working. It was really weird they were insisting to query me why to leave my current work and they describing there own position as boring. And last but not least. I asked when to expect for an answer. They told me in maximum two weeks. One month passed and no feedback was received as they promised. Then I received an email in mixed Czech and English that my application was rejected....
