The interview process was very smooth and well organized. The process included CV evaluation, assessment tests, recorded video questions, and live interviews with team members. The interviews focused mainly on communication skills, customer support experience and problem-solving.
Everyone I spoke with was very nice and friendly, and communication throughout the process was clear and fast. It was a positive experience and the team made the process feel welcoming and professional.

One of the questions I was asked was to describe a situation where I had to handle a difficult customer and explain how I managed the situation and found a solution.
From the moment I submitted my application, I completed both the assessment and the video interview. After that, I had to wait almost 20 days just to be invited for an interview, which feels like a very long time.
What disappointed me even more was being informed that there was only one available position and over 500 applicants. This makes me question why so many applications are encouraged for a single role. Behind every application, there is a person waiting for a response, and the process, as it stands, does not seem to reflect respect for that.
