Contacted by an outside recruiter, Learnerbly asked a lot more questions before even interviewing me re my track record, then received an emoji filled email about their interview process. They use the STAR method according to the interview prep email they sent me, but the questions I was asked were often more general so I didn't fit my answers into that framework which was how they were judging me. The interviewers were pleasant and professional. They admitted there was a ton of turnover in managing marketing over the past few years which was a major red flag to me, and I really appreciated their honesty as that didn't align with what I was looking for in a new role.
