Interview was conducted under congenial environment. The founder and CEO herself took the interview. The aim was to best present the job requirements and expectations from both sides. The overall environment was comfortable and she aptly introduced the vision of the organization. The interview's duration was about 30 mins and I was clear about the job expectations. Overall a thorough professional CEO who worked for the organization with utmost dedication.
