I had a phone interview. It was extremely awkward and the interviewer seemed very unorganized. She called later and then time I was given and there were so many awkward pauses from her. It lasted probably 15 minutes in total, very short but the questions were very odd and I wondered how they related to the position. I never heard back from the company. They seem very unprofessional.
