I sent my CV to one of the partners of the group. Got a phone call and was asked to one of their branches to have an "overall look" to see if I personally like the job. So I went there and spoke to one of the teachers and participated in two of their classes. The teacher explained to me about how I will need to handle those children and how to teach. The whole process took about 3 - 4 hours. I think I did a very good job and those children liked me. However, after a week, I did not get any reply about my interview so I made a phone call to the partner who called me. And after two days, I got a phone call from another teacher who did not interview me and told me that they did not choose me.
