The process is disorganized, dehumanizing and a complete waste of time. The recruiter was nice but horrible with follow-up, timelines, and communication. Hours of wasted time talking to 12-13 people to have lack of responsiveness. By far the worst candidate experience I have ever experienced, my gut told me to pull out but found the company mission interesting so I persisted. Wish I would have listened to my gut
