Very good, i loved the way how interviewers try to relax the situation. It was an intent they were looking. Overall its a good experience. They also provide the feedback after each interview which i really appreciate it.

technical question for first two rounds and than manager rounds

First round is quite good with not much difficult questions and easy to answer. Second round is quite tricky. to crack. It involves some hypothetical questions to check attitude. Then comes the HR discussion.

Overall I actually interviewed with nice people.
The problem is that the company isn't honest about their hiring process, and they don't give final feedback, nor offer due to obvious lack of objects.
The other problem is that they lie about their restructuring plans and goals to form new teams, I presume that working here is like working in a swamp where nothing moves.
