During this short interview process, it was determined that one of the interviewers was completely unprepared. It was discovered that you will be working with a very aged workforce unwilling to change. The unprepared interviewer also asked questions in which my resume had the answers to, just not exactly the key words they were looking for. Lastly, the unprepared interviewer also attempted to try to sound smart in asking questions on processes they don't even perform themselves as well as trying to correct my English even though the word usage was proper. It was obvious I didn't want to work here and did not move on with the interview process.
