I was invited to an interview at the firm's conference room with 3 senior partners, and I received an offer by phone after one interview. The firm seemed more interested in convincing me why I should join Lee & Ko rather than putting me through the wringer, but that may have been a function of the hiring process for judicial trainees from the Supreme Court.
