I applied online and received a response pretty quickly. I had to complete a phone screen before I was invited for a interview. At the interview it became apparent that this position is geared to the entrepreneur wanting to get into the Financial Advising Consulting side of the business. They provided a wealth of knowledge on the training program and compensation structure however, I was looking for more administrative work. They screened me for other opportunities available with the firm and scheduled a 2nd interview with the their brokerage division that was better suited for me
