I Applied on via Linkdlin app, the shortlisting was very quick which took 1week. The interview was great ther interviewer were very friendly and calm. I use the opportunity to show my online portfolio which they were interested to see I took them through the project I’ve done related to the role and they ask general questions regarding the project. I had the interview 6th of June and I was told I I’ll get the decision in 2 days it’s 3 weeks now I haven’t heard from the recruiters despite all my emails to follow up I was told someone was meant to get back to me on the outcome of the interview but unfortunately later receive a cold email without proper reason for ghosted me for so long and no proper feedback The HR team need to receive more training
