It was through an outside recruiter who submitted me to HR at LZ. LZ looked at my resume and asked some vague questions through the recruiter. For the interview, I was greeted by the HR person and had a brief talk with her. Then I interviewed with two engineers on the QA team who were both very professional and knowledgeable. The first fellow was some kind of a lead and he asked me general questions about the field. The second chap was the actual technical lead on the team I would be working, and he asked very detailed questions about Java and QA, etc.
