I interviewed for a fairly high level legal role at LegalZoom this year and much to my disappointment, was completely ghosted by the company after four rounds of interviews. I have heard of this happening to other colleagues, but was shocked that a company would behave in such a fashion after so many interviews and a significant investment of time by me. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to others.
