Overall, the process with Legalpad was great (especially compared to traditional legal interviews). Scheduling (and communication in general) was painless. I went through a few rounds of interviews (initial screen, exploratory interview, and then a more focused final interview) over the course of ~3 weeks. Each round had a clear purpose that was established from the outset. All of the interviewers were informative and friendly. In the end, I came away with a firm grasp of the company, my role, my supervisor's approach, and my room for growth.
