I received a call from HR about my applications. They were super polite and nice. It was a pleasant conversation, even though it was just to check my details and timetable. Went there for a first interview, short but essential as I got to meet the manager. The office and staff left a good impression, people were relaxed and welcoming. They were very selective and only a handful of people were there for a second interview, which consisted in spending the day with the team and get to learn more about the marketing campaigns and how they work. Basically, it was super useful as I got to see exactly the role they would expect of me, and I could see the company from the inside. I left a good impression on the team, so I had another meeting with the manager to evaluate the day before making an offer on the position.
