The interview process was structured and comprehensive, spanning around 6 rounds. It included a mix of recruiter screening, product sense discussions, technical/product deep dives and cross-functional interviews. The final round was a panel presentation where I presented a product strategy case. The panel was engaged and asked thoughtful questions around execution, trade-offs, partner strategy and prioritization. Overall, the interviewers were professional, respectful, and genuinely interested in understanding my thinking process. The discussions were in-depth and reflective of real-world product challenges, especially around scaling integrations and improving user experience. The process is definitely rigorous and tests both strategic thinking and clarity under pressure. One suggestion would be to provide slightly more clarity upfront on evaluation criteria for the final presentation. Overall, a positive experience and a good reflection of the role’s expectations.
