      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Legora (Stoccolma, ) nel mese di lug 2024

      Colloquio

      The process is pretty chaotic, an interview with the head of legal engineering, then one with the wider team, then more conversations here and there with people from various teams. They expect you to fly to Stockholm to meet the team in person which would generally be great, if it wasn't supposed to be happening all in the same day. If you have kids or other engagements (like a full time job) the expectation is that you want to work for them 'so bad' that you drop everything else (including hours of sleep). After the meeting with the team or before Stockholm, they give you a couple of days (usually over the weekend) to learn the platform and sell it back to them. There was not one specific question related to customer engagement, the use case provided was quite generic (please see below) and the expectation was to 'wow' the team to be successful. No specific metrics or product requirement were mentioned in the use case description. All in all an interview process in line with the stage of the company (chaotic, hyper growth, mostly 25 yo who don't mind working 24/7). Great team of ambitious people, seems a very toxic-silicon-valley type of culture (see their last article on how they 'wake up with blood in their mouths'). If that's your cup of tea, go for it but don't expect an interview conducted by professionals as most of them is at their first legal tech experience.

      They gave me a generic use case description where I had to build a demo for a law firm and sell them the platform. No specific requirements were mentioned besides the usual (they have repetitive work, need to find a solution to improve efficiency etc.).
