I think this probably the worst interview experience that I have so far. The HR was really unprofessional. She was late for few minutes and did not even say sorry. She did not really pay attention to what I said. She was basically just asking do you know React? Do you know AWS? Do you know NodeJS? Kinda questions eventho at the beginning I already introduced myself why I am interested and why my experiences (which I clearly mentioned those stacks) aligned with what they are looking for. She even didnt have any followup for my answer at all as if she was just care about her checklist. She didn't really explain about the company. She highlighted about the fast paced company, always stay late until midnight and onsite 5 days a weeks. She said, if I am looking for work life balance, Legora is not one kind. I feel like she hates her job… maybe 😬 At first I am really interested with the company, but now, if people like her is in the company, seems the company really not good for mental health.
