It was a phone interview and it was very straightforward. They asked simple questions just to get to know where your head is at, and if you're the right fit for their gallery. The interviewer was very nice and welcoming, it was overall a nice experience, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Two rounds of interviews with different level of staff. Conducted over two weeks, but applied months before. Associate staff was very kind, but upper staff were quite rude and condescending.
