This is not my first interview with this company. I have had 3 or 4 and all of them went well. I did the exact same job at another government contractor and have more than enough experience. I check all of the boxes. The interviews went fine. I send thank you and follow up emails and I either never heard from the company or it took weeks/months to hear back. I ask for feedback after to improve myself, and nothing. Kind of odd given how this company claims to care about people and developing them.
The process is basically the team, generally all women (diversity right?), sitting there asking behavioral questions and leaving no time to actually have conversation or allow you to ask questions to see if it is an actual fit for both sides.
Jobs also get posted and disappear from their site. They generally don't seem to know what they are looking for is the sense I get from this place during my interviews. It all just kind of seems like a scrambled mess to be honest. But that is a lot of companies in todays world of cost reduction and now AI baloney that nobody wants but every company is pushing for, well, more cost reductions.
