There were 3 interviews in total before getting an offer. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and none of the interviews were very technical. Communication could have been better between myself, hiring manager, and HR. It took about 1.5 months from screening to receiving the offer. The interview/hiring experience was overall pretty good. One thing I do want to mention was that I didn't feel confident in the explanation of the role and everyone I spoke to seemed to be fluffing the role/responsibilities when asked. I never fully understood the "need" for hiring and I got a sense of secrecy, maybe for reasons I don't know (such a non-disclosure agreements, etc.). Ultimately I didn't accept because they were asking me to relocate and they didn't sound confident in long term plans for the position.
