Over the phone interview. Basic questions. The company called and had two people in the room, but only one asked questions. No in-person interview followed, I was offered employment about three days later. The company called three of my references.

Describe your biggest workplace strengths and weaknesses.
Interview was an easy going conversation. Standard interview questions. Not highly technical. Job was a ginder role though. Very limited role no set path for growth. Pay was livable but not competitive.

After applying, there was an initial email questionnaire from the recruiter. After this questionnaire, there was a panel interview with three members of the hiring team. The panel asked both technical and non-technical questions regarding specifics of the position.

They asked specific technical questions about experience that was relevant to the engineering position. Examples included experience with applicable design requirements and report writing. The technical questions seemed to be easier than the non-technical questions.

Recruiter contacted me after I applied to the job online without any referral. Interview process was fairly easy and I was asked to explain the current role and my responsibilities. The manager nattered for more than half the time during the interview.
