Two step process that can happen in any order. 1. One on One interview with the top manager. The one on one will be technically question about distribution that most new engineers will not be able to answer correctly. He wants to see how you do under pressure. Take your best guess he is not looking for right or wrong just how much you try and think it out. 2. Panel interview with three or four supervisors. These are more questions you probably will not be able to answer along with questions about the resume.

Went through 2 interview one with the recruiter and followed by the manager of the office who ran the team. Also went through an additional interview with the supervisor that I would directly report to when hired. Over experience it was good and smooth
