Do not apply here only because you need a job. Your emotional well-being is more important. They care more about what they want to hear than what they need to hear. They are looking for servants, not professionals. Great company but appearances can be deceiving.
Was humiliated and insulted. During the first phone interview, the hiring manager seemed agitated. He wanted to end the call short of not giving answers to his specifications. I was told to talk about myself and then asked technical questions from a list printed off. None of these questions had anything to do with problem-solving. I was never asked about any previous projects. I was never asked about the company or what the company values. They were not able to tell me much about what integrity means even though integrity is one of the companies’ highest values and have won the Most Ethical Companies award. When asked about a salary, the counteroffer was $10,000 below average apropos to several years of experience. They asked if my degree was limiting, made assumptions about my background, and told me I should not add things to my resume I do not know about.
A recruiter called back after the weekend leaving a voice message that the hiring manager had good things to say. Never could explain what this was. Explained they are interested in someone right out of college even though my resume shows several years of experience. They wanted to schedule another phone interview with a panel before sending an offer. I went through discussing how I felt humiliated and insulted. I called back and canceled the second interview.
