One 5 minute phone interview, one 15 minute in person panel interview. Not too many questions, more of an effort to see how conversational you are. Low stress and not too involved. BEWARE: they are not super transparent in the fact that you're being hired by a staffing agency. I recommend staying away.

Quick, easy and straight forward. Interviewed by 2 managers, discussed experiences and expectations of new role. No stones left unturned. No surprises, managers were well-versed on the role/contract, answered all the questions I had in regard to the role, career progression and available resources for career advancement.
