The recruiter was very matter of fact. Didn’t ask me many questions. I came away wondering how they’d know whether I was a good fit or not to move to the next round of interviews.

The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening, an interview with the direct manager followed by an assignment and then 2 additional interviews. Interviews were held via zoom due to covid but I understood that generally they are held on-site.
