Interviewed with 2 different employees both upper management, first was someone whose department I would interact with and next was my direct manager. First was interested in my actual work capabilities whether I can manage a heavy workload, different computer programs, and accounting abilities. Second measured whether I was a good fit personality wise and whether I was capable of being firm but fair with his employees .
