First Step: HR interview - it went very well. I really enjoyed phone interview. Lady was new hired in Lenovo.
Second Step: Manager rejected my CV because I have no experience on local market. He didn't give me a chance to have an interview with him. This was a little bit rassism, I was totally disappointed.
