The interviewer was extremely prompt with all correspondents during the process, and very professional and friendly. I did not participate in a telephone screening, but an in-person interview (myself and two Lenovo representatives). The interview was one of the best interviews I have had as both individuals had superb knowledge and clear concepts/expectations of Lenovo and the position.

7 Interviews insgesamt, welche alle sehr kurzfristig aufgesetzt worden sind haben bei mir einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Vorbereitung fuer die finallen Runden waren sehr aufwendig. Ich versteh, dass Kandidaten in Schluesselpositionen stark geprueft werden, aber nach 7 Runden bis zu 1.5h lange Interviews sollte irgendwann auch mal entschieden werden und die Zeit des Kandidaten in Betracht gezogen werden.

Advice to applicants: If a company needs you to go through 6 interviews and 2 tests, even if you get hired, it may indicate they lack confidence in your fit for the role.
Reflects the company's lack of confidence in retaining its own employees much less new ones.
