The process overall is pretty smooth. There's only one round of interview. I scheduled the interview four days after the recruiter reached out. I was interviewed by the hiring manager for 30 minutes.

pretty straightforward and I only had to interview for 30-45 minutes with the Director before they got back to me with a decision. Before that, I had done a written application (resume etc)
