Very brief and easy. A friend recommended me for the position, and within a week I was hired. The manager briefly looked over my resume and asked me about my experience. Very conversational based.
Asked me no questions about my prior work experience. Only wanted to know how many hours I was looking to work. They were looking for a body to fill a position.

Very lovely quick in person meeting and tour of the store. Enjoyed getting to see how the store operates. It was great getting a sense of team dynamics and such.
