I sat down for an interview with the manager of the store and the woman in charge of the lab. They reviewed my resume, had a few questions about my experience getting a degree. They tried to gauge my interest in the position. The conversation seemed to go pretty well, said they would contact me about a job offer on Friday. They never contacted me again.

Relatively standard and generic questions. They also provided me with a tour during one of the interviews and had me meet some of the potential team members. There were a few rounds before they gave an offer, but overall, it was a positive experience. I did a pre-screening and then 3 additional interviews.
