Just walked in to store, got an interview in an hour and then received a call couple of days later. Super easy and simple. Depends mainly on the person interviewing you, only one person.
Asked me no questions about my prior work experience. Only wanted to know how many hours I was looking to work. They were looking for a body to fill a position.

Very lovely quick in person meeting and tour of the store. Enjoyed getting to see how the store operates. It was great getting a sense of team dynamics and such.
