The interview process was quick. I interviewed with the general manager and the lead Optometrist. I think the interview lasted for about 45 minutes. The interviewers were friendly and talked about the benefits of the company and the opportunity to advance.

Once you fill out an application, it takes about a week to call for an in person interview. The interview it's self is formal. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes, and you meet with the manager
Easy application process...Submit application and if you have sales, administrative, or office experience you will most likely receive a call in for an interview. Appearance is very important so pick up the application dressed for an interview because it you look to part and if the managers have free time, you may be able to get an interview at that every moment
