They were fast, the whole process took ca 2 weeks tops. The recruiter contacted me on Linkedin, we had an 1 hour interview, where she was nice, asked about my backgrounds, motivations and some technical (not deep) questions as well. She described Lensa as a really nice workplace. Than I had a test which wasnt too difficult and within a week we had a technical interview as well. I got to know the team lead and he was also friendly and very professional: asked a lot of technical questions and I had an assignment as well. Within a couple of days I got an offer.

On the hr interview: basic questions about my background and motivation. They asked me about my goals and what I want from a workplace On the technical: several questions about my general technical knowledge and 3 assignments regarding the questions
The process starts with sending in a CV. After screening there are multiple rounds of interview. The environment is very friendly, and the questions are great, there is a lot to learn.

Colloquio
There were 3 rounds: first is a general HR, seconds is a Homework, third is a tech interview where they checked the deepness of my knowledge in certain topic. They were decent.
