The whole thing is a bad joke and a shameful mining of free knowledge and unpaid labor. They have the job position up for AGES in a country with the most qualified talent anywhere in the world. At this point they are either a) mistaken on what they want or b) just plain unethical by having huge amount of talented people provide them with hundred of hours of free analysis and proposed solutions. I would not want to work there if this is the managements way of doing business.
