Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Leonardo (Yeovil, England)
Colloquio
It was a few online stages and then finally an online personality and competency interview as well as a 10 minute presentation.
I am writing this because I distinctly remember asking numerous sources for feedback following my rejection for the role, to which I was blanked by the company. I didn't even get the courtesy of being told whether I was successful or not. Charming.
I think as a company that employs graduates, especially with the current job market-climate, you should offer personalised feedback for the people who are spending at least 10 hours of their time to prepare for your interviews.
Please consider Leonardo's unwillingness to reach out to you if you are unsuccesful when applying for this role.
I think a big part of the graduate scheme trade off is this; despite numerous rejections, the experience that you gain during the process is valuable, especially when the company you are interviewing with are willing to provide feedback.
Leonardo didn't provide any feedback after my final assessment (i believe this was after 2 screening processes), in fact, none of the members of their relevant hiring teams responded to me after multiple polite requests for feedback, or even communication of an outcome of the process.
Please consider this when spending time preparing for the interview; In my experience the hours i spent in preparation meant nothing to the company.
